New Homes Sales Executive Annual Salary: £34,869 - £43,586 plus up to 35% commissionLocation: Cambridge area, covering Marleigh Park, Springstead Village, Attleborough, and upcoming sites in surrounding areasJob Type: Permanent, Full-time (36 hours per week, including weekends with days off in lieu) My client an established Housing Association are looking for a New Homes Sales Executive to join their Cambridge team and play a pivotal role in driving success across their residential developments. They are seeking a confident and motivated New Homes Sales Executive to manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer experience at every step.
Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the primary contact for buyers, guiding them through their purchasing journey.Promote our homes and services, including those offered by our partner mortgage brokers and solicitors.Achieve high-volume sales of newly built Shared Ownership homes.Negotiate sales to secure the best outcomes for the business while consistently delivering high levels of customer service.Work closely with external partners such as solicitors, agents, and financial advisers.Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in property sales, with a strong understanding of Shared Ownership.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Professional and personable approach, capable of building strong relationships.Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.Confidence in working with external partners and stakeholders.Motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.
