Position: Customer Sales Consultant
Salary: £12.71 p/h
Contract: Temporary - 3 months
Location: Leamington Spa
Working Hours: Monday, Weds and Friday, 9-5pm (once trained, you will be required to work every other Saturday, 8.30-4pm)
Reed are representing a growing company, who have multiple sites across the UK. They are a unique company that require someone who is flexible with their time to be able to cover shifts as and when needed
Customer Sales Consultant duties include:
Managing customer enquiries via telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.Supporting customers through the onboarding and account set-up process.Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable solutions.Site Checks - H&S, cleanliness, spot checks.Be the face of the company and the go to person for existing and new customers.Assist with deliveries to site This job offers a lot of variety and needs someone who is versatile in their day to day duties
Customer Sales Consultant person specification:
Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong relationship-building skills.Confident, professional and resilient approach.Be versatile to help out with deliveries/lifting where neededDriving license and own vehicle is essential as you will be required to cover ad hoc tasks in Warwick Experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
