Job Title: Window Fabricator
Location: Witham
Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:30pm (45 minutes break at 9:00am and 12:00pm) - Friday: 6:00am - 2:00pm (same break structure)
Pay: £12.71ph + Holiday, Pension and Adecco Benefits - Pay increase upon going permanent
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: Immediate start after successful interview
Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Window Fabricator to join our factory production team. This is a hands-on role involving the manufacture and assembly of windows, with opportunities to gain experience across multiple departments as you progress.
Key Responsibilities
Work across various stages of the window manufacturing processOperate on the hanging line and assist with window assemblyLearn and apply knowledge of different window furniture options and product rangesSupport the stores department with window packing and preparationEnsure all work is completed to quality standards and production targetsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentAssist with additional factory duties as required Skills & Experience
