An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Solicitor to join a specialist Housing Disrepair team handling Breach of Contract matters. The Role
You'll manage a varied caseload of pre and post-litigated breach of agreement claims on behalf of tenants, handling cases from instruction through to resolution.
Key duties include:
Managing your own caseload of breach of agreement mattersDrafting applications, proceedings and court documentsReviewing surveyors' reports and evidenceNegotiating settlements and pursuing claims where necessaryLiaising with Counsel and preparing court bundlesHandling access and decant issuesMaintaining accurate records using a case management systemDelivering exceptional client care throughout the claims process What We're Looking For
Qualified SolicitorStrong litigation and case management experienceAbility to manage a high-volume caseloadExcellent organisational and communication skillsExperience in Housing Disrepair/Breach of Contract matters desirable but not essentialPrevious experience using a case management system What's On Offer?
