Site Manager Role
Location: Oxford/Reading/Swindon
£65,000 + £450 Monthly Car Allowance + Bonus + Private Healthcare
Due to continued growth and a significant portfolio of secured projects, we are seeking a Site Manager to oversee the delivery of new build commercial developments valued between £10m-£20m across Oxford, Reading, Swindon, Newbury and the wider Thames Valley region.

The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of construction projects from groundworks through to completion.
Projects typically include:
New build office developmentsCommercial buildingsIndustrial facilitiesTechnology and production facilitiesMedical facilitiesClean room environments Project durations typically range between 12-18 months, providing long-term stability and continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Managing projects from groundworks through to handoverLeading site teams and direct labourManaging groundworks teams and subcontractorsWorking closely with the Contracts ManagerEnsuring Health & Safety compliance at all timesMonitoring programme, quality and site performanceCoordinating trades and site logisticsConducting site meetings and progress reportingMaintaining high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle Requirements
To be considered, candidates should have:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site ManagerExperience delivering projects up to £10m-£20mNew build construction experienceExperience within: Commercial officesEducation projectsIndustrial developmentsSchoolsGeneral commercial construction
Proven track record managing projects over a 9-12 month build programmeStrong subcontractor and Health & Safety management experience Essential Qualifications
SMSTSFirst Aid Desirable
CSCS Card Suitable Locations
