Our client is a technology-led lifestyle financial planning firm, built from a blank sheet by experienced planners. No legacy systems, no admin mountain, no pressure to push product. Just proper financial planning for families, business owners and entrepreneurs, with technology doing the heavy lifting and people doing the thinking.

You are an established planner, the main adviser to a portfolio of clients, and you have built those relationships over years. You are chartered or close to it, you have at least three years in regulated advice, you are comfortable with technology, and you want to build a long-term career with a firm that plans properly.
Moving firm is a big decision, so our client makes it as easy as possible. You are paid a strong base from day one, with a bespoke first-year plan and support with business development while you settle in. The firm never asks anyone to do anything that would breach their current contract or obligations and is happy to work around notice periods.
Where and how
Remote-first across the UK, with shared offices in Leeds, London and Brighton. The team meets in person at least once a month.
Base salary: £65,000 to £95,000 depending on experience and grade, plus quarterly bonus.
