You'll: Engage customers through outbound calls and build positive relationshipsUnderstand individual customer needs through effective questioningRecommend tailored protection plans that provide genuine valueAchieve sales targets and maximise your earning potentialDeliver an exceptional customer experience on every callWork independently while remaining connected to a supportive remote team What Makes You Successful? We're looking for people who are: Confident communicators who enjoy speaking to customersMotivated by targets, incentives and earning commissionResilient, positive and eager to learnSelf-disciplined and comfortable working from homePassionate about delivering great customer experiences Essential Experience You must have at least 12 months' experience within the last 3 years in one of the following: Outbound Cold callingDoor-to-door sales Ready to Apply?
