Are you a qualified accountant with strong property finance experience looking for a senior leadership role with broad commercial and strategic responsibility?
We're seeking a Head of Property Finance to lead the financial management of a diverse property portfolio and associated commercial activities. Reporting to the CFO, you'll oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, VAT, audits, procurement, and financial controls, while partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and support key property projects.
What you'll do: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reportingOversee property accounting, service charges and commercial tenant invoicingEnsure strong financial controls, audit readiness and regulatory complianceManage VAT and statutory reporting requirementsSupport procurement, contract management and major property initiativesLead and develop a small finance team What we're looking for: CCAB-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)Significant experience in financial management and reportingStrong understanding of VAT, audit and financial controlsAdvanced Excel and accounting systems expertiseExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProperty, real estate, charity or commercial finance experience desirable This is an excellent opportunity to combine technical finance leadership with commercial influence in a role that offers real variety, visibility and impact.
