Role Purpose & Overview
As an Insurance Sales Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for clients across the UK seeking specialised cover. Utilizing warm leads, you will engage with customers to sell and cross-sell non-standard home and motor insurance policies.
This role perfectly blends outbound sales execution with high-quality customer service, ensuring all clients receive tailored advice that matches their insurance needs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Contact provided leads to quote, sell, and cross-sell personal lines insurance products (home and car insurance).Customer Relationship Management: Provide expert advice to new and existing customers regarding policy adjustments, mid-term amendments, and renewals.Target Achievement: Meet and exceed personal monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent quality standards.Compliance & FCA Regulation: Ensure all sales practices strictly adhere to the guidelines set by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).Client Retention: Handle customer queries and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and speed to maximize retention.Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with insurance companies, underwriters, and internal branch managers.
