Marketing Coordinator £16.00ph to £18.00ph (depending on experience) Part Time (28 to 30 hours per week) Temporary 6 Month Assignment (potential to lead to permanent) Devizes, Wiltshire
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised Marketing Coordinator to join a well-established company based in Devizes. Working alongside the Marketing & New Business Manager, you will play a key role in keeping the department running smoothly, from managing event logistics to coordinating artwork and promotional materials.
Responsibilities:
Coordinating trade shows and exhibitionsArranging travel, accommodation, and event logisticsProcessing purchase orders and managing invoice approvalsLiaising with suppliers, customers, and exhibition organisersCompleting exhibition documentation, including risk assessmentsCoordinating uniform ordering and distributionSupporting freight forwarding and shipment activitiesManaging marketing merchandise and stock levelsAssisting with the creation of promotional materials and artworkMaintaining departmental records and documentation Skills & Experience:
Previous marketing, events management, or project support experienceStrong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, proactive, and adaptable approachHigh attention to detail Hours of work are approximately 28 to 30 hours per week (working pattern negotiable for the right candidate), and there is free on-site parking for staff.
