Your new role Hays regularly recruits for a variety of interim positions, including Management Accountants, Financial Accountants, Finance Managers, FP&A Managers, Financial Controllers and Finance Directors. Interim assignments may involve financial planning and analysis, management and statutory reporting, business partnering, budgeting and forecasting, process improvements, team leadership, and supporting key strategic initiatives. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with proven experience in a finance role and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments. Strong communication skills, commercial awareness and a proactive approach are essential, alongside the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced setting. We recruit for a variety of opportunities across the East Midlands, with most assignments offered on a full-time basis, alongside occasional part-time and hybrid roles.
