A varied role that combines technical/IT support, client relationships, product/ AI development and more!
With full training provided and clear scope/ progression pathways, this is a unique opportunity locally
With no two days being the same, working closely amongst sales, client services, technology and operational teams, your role would look like:
IT, tech, software and network support/troubleshooting Both hardware and software maintenance including installation and upgrading Work closely with clients to understand their needs, identify opportunities for growth and expansion Help to identify faults and support clients with any queries or user problems What we are looking for..
A strong interest in IT computers, the digital world and technology Good problem-solving skills Confident communicator (upselling, strong client contact etc) Willingness to learn new skills You will receive excellent training from professional and experienced engineers, develop your technical skills and gain exposure to new opportunities and qualifications.
