Product Owner / Product Builder - Claims Workbench Outside IR35 | 6-Month Contract Hybrid - 3 Days Per Week Onsite (London)
We're supporting a leading London Market reinsurance broker on the delivery of a brand-new Claims Workbench programme. This is an opportunity for an experienced Product Owner to join a high-profile initiative, taking ownership of both the product vision and elements of the solution build within an AI-enabled, low-code environment.
This role requires someone who can go beyond traditional Product Ownership, combining stakeholder engagement, roadmap management and requirements gathering with hands-on product configuration and delivery.
Key Responsibilities Own and drive the roadmap for a new Claims Workbench solutionGather and translate business requirements into product outcomesWork closely with claims stakeholders, technology teams and delivery partnersSupport the build and configuration of the platform within a low-code/no-code environmentManage priorities, backlog refinement and product deliveryOversee API integrations and connectivity with wider business systemsEnsure robust testing, validation and user acceptance processes are in placeDrive adoption and continuous improvement across the platform Essential Experience Strong Product Owner or Product Manager backgroundLloyd's / London Market reinsurance experiencePrevious experience delivering Claims Workbench solutions or claims transformation programmesExperience taking digital products from concept through to implementationStrong understanding of APIs, integrations and system connectivityExcellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skillsAbility to operate autonomously within a fast-paced delivery environment Desirable Experience AI-enabled product developmentPrompt engineering exposureLow-code/no-code platformsWorkflow automationDigital claims transformation initiatives This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping a new Claims Workbench platform within a modern, technology-led London Market environment.
