Role Overview We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role focuses on managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing client relationships, and sourcing high-quality candidates. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectors, or a strong interest in developing expertise within these markets.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
Identify and win new business opportunities within target industriesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsUnderstand client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions Candidate Management
Source, attract, and engage high-calibre candidates using multiple channelsConduct interviews, screening, and skills assessmentsManage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process Account Management
Maintain and grow existing client accountsEnsure high levels of service delivery and client satisfactionProvide market insights and hiring advice to clients Recruitment Delivery
Manage the full 360 recruitment process from role qualification to placementWrite and advertise job specificationsCoordinate interviews and manage offer negotiations
Required Skills & Experience Essential
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a sales / business development roleStrong communication, negotiation, and influencing skillsResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsAbility to build relationships with both clients and candidatesHighly organised with strong attention to detail Desirable
Experience recruiting within engineering or finance sectorsKnowledge of technical roles, financial markets, or industry-specific terminologyExisting client network or market specialisation
