Our client, Royal Borough Windsor & Maidenhead, is seeking a Social Worker for its Adult Social Care Community team.
This is a temporary ongoing post.
The pay rate is up to £35.60 per hour.
The role will involve the following:
Deliver statutory services to people who have eligible care needs, by providing outcome focused assessments, and providing supervision and support to other members of the team to ensure people are achieving excellence in their roles and they are developing their skills and knowledge.The role is within a community team where the main function is long term cases with annual reviews.Case can be complex. The role will support the duty function with triaging day to day function, alongside this they will hold a small complex case load.

Requirements of the role:
Qualified Social WorkerFully Social Work England registeredMust have significant post-qualified experience in adult social care.
