In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll be the face of the community, conducting apartment viewings, converting enquiries into successful lettings, supporting resident events, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations. You'll work closely with residents, contractors, suppliers and colleagues to deliver seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service.
Duties
Conducting property viewings and managing the full leasing journeyBuilding strong relationships with prospective and existing residentsHandling enquiries via email, webchat and in personSupporting move-ins, move-outs and resident eventsMaintaining accurate records and tenancy administrationAssisting with community inspections and ensuring high presentation standardsDelivering a welcoming front-of-house experienceSupporting resident satisfaction through prompt issue resolution Attributes
