Your new roleTemporary HR Administrator Somerset | Hybrid Working (3 Days On-Site, 2 Days WFH) £28,000 Pro Rata (£14.80 per hour)Are you an organised and proactive HR professional looking for your next temporary opportunity? We are supporting a well-known employer in Somerset with the recruitment of a Temporary HR Administrator to provide essential support during a busy seasonal period.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and fast-paced HR team, where you will play a key role in supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration activities.
What you'll be doing:
Supporting high-volume seasonal recruitment campaignsManaging the end-to-end onboarding process for new startersPreparing employment contracts and offer documentationConducting Right to Work checksProcessing starter information and maintaining employee recordsMonitoring and coordinating completion of mandatory online trainingManaging the HR inbox and responding to employee queriesProviding administrative support to the HR Business Partner teamAssisting with a variety of general HR administration tasks as required What you'll need to succeed
Previous HR administration experienceStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a busy environmentConfident communicator with a professional and approachable mannerComfortable working independently and as part of a wider HR teamAvailable to start immediately or at short notice What you'll get in return Immediate start opportunity Hybrid working arrangement (3 days office-based, 2 days remote) Supportive and collaborative HR team Valuable experience within a busy and established organisation Assignment expected to continue until the end of December
