Our client, a well-established lettings and property management business, is seeking an experienced Lettings executive to join their Kennington & Oval office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven lettings professional .
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships. Arrange and carry out property viewings. Negotiate tenancy agreements and progress deals through to completion. Manage tenancy renewals and portfolio growth. Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations. Maintain accurate records using CRM and property management systems. Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in residential lettings. Proven track record of closing deals. Strong knowledge of the London lettings market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
