We are currently recruiting on behalf of an established and highly regarded property business for an experienced Senior Property Manager / Lettings Manager to join their Stirling team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lettings professional who is commercially minded, confident dealing with landlords and has a proven track record of winning new business.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, while also playing a key role in generating new landlord instructions and supporting the continued growth of the branch.
The Role Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 residential propertiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenantsConduct lettings valuations and provide professional advice to prospective landlordsIdentify and generate new business opportunitiesWin and convert new landlord instructionsManage the lettings process from initial instruction through to tenancyHandle property inspections, maintenance matters and tenancy issuesEnsure all properties and tenancies comply with relevant legislation and regulatory requirementsProvide a high level of customer service to landlords and tenantsContribute to the ongoing growth and success of the branch About You We are looking for an experienced property professional with a strong background in residential lettings and property management.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience within residential lettings and/or property managementProven experience carrying out lettings valuationsA strong track record of generating new business and winning landlord instructionsExcellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsStrong organisational skills and excellent attention to detailA commercially focused and proactive approachConfidence when dealing with landlords, tenants and other property professionalsA full UK driving licence is desirable The Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Lettings Manager, Senior Property Manager or Property Manager looking to progress their career within an established property business.
