We're recruiting for a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and successful estate agency in Potters Bar. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional with a proven track record in sales, looking to maximise their earning potential and develop their career within a growing business.
The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and prospective clientsRegister, qualify, and match applicants to suitable propertiesArrange and conduct property viewings, delivering an exceptional customer experienceFollow up enquiries and proactively convert leads into sales opportunitiesNegotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve successful outcomesProgress sales through to completion, liaising with all parties involvedMaintain regular communication with clients, keeping them updated throughout the sales processWork closely with solicitors, mortgage advisors, surveyors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactionsFinancially qualify offers and confirm all details accurately in writingAchieve individual and team sales targetsMaintain accurate CRM systems and property records Sales Negotiator Requirements
Proven experience within residential estate agencyA track record of achieving sales targets and delivering resultsStrong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skillsExcellent customer service and client management abilitiesSelf-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic, with a proactive approach to generating businessOrganised, professional, and able to manage a busy workloadHigh standards of personal presentation and customer careFull UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential) What's on Offer?
