We're recruiting for a Commercial Finance Broker to join a growing and successful financial services firm based near Liverpool Street, London.
Specialising in the healthcare sector, our client provides finance solutions for care homes and pharmacies. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, commercially minded broker looking to develop their career in a specialist market, with the potential to build a substantial client base and maximise earnings.
The role will suit someone with a background in commercial finance or residential mortgages, who is confident managing incoming leads while proactively generating new business through networking, prospecting and industry expos.
The Role
As a Commercial Finance Broker, you will:
Assess clients' financial positions and understand their funding requirementsSource suitable finance products to meet client needsStructure lending proposals and successfully write businessPrepare and process relevant financial documentationManage incoming leads and convert opportunities into businessProactively generate new leads through networking, prospecting and attending industry exposBuild and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals Commercial Finance Broker Requirements
Proven track record of writing businessEssential background in lending, ideally within commercial finance or residential mortgagesAbility to understand client requirements and structure suitable finance dealsStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsProactive, ambitious and commercially driven approach to business developmentConfidence managing leads and identifying new business opportunities What's on Offer?
