We're recruiting an experienced Multi Trader to join the in-house maintenance team of an established housing association.This is a long-term temp-to-perm opportunity, offering consistent full-time work across the organisation's housing stock and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The role:
Responsive repairs and general maintenanceWorking across occupied and void social housing propertiesCompleting a variety of multi-trade repairsCarpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering and general maintenanceFull-time, ongoing workloadVan provided for work purposesGenuine opportunity to move into a permanent position What we're looking for:
