Customer Service Specialist £30,000 pa - £34,000 pa
Our client manufacture in 13 plants and showcased across the world in 20 centers of excellence, they reach 110 countries and meet the needs of a wide range of customers with a group sales of SEK 12.5 billion. They cover the entire value chain with global integrated services from planning through installation, including Connectivity, Customer Care and the Digital Platform, an intuitive, self-service portal for our distributors and partners.
We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our clients customer service centre of excellence in Luton. You'll support major and national accounts by processing orders, coordinating deliveries and helping customers receive a reliable, high-quality service.
What you'll do Process customer orders accurately and resolve customer queries.Coordinate stock bookings, deliveries and Distribution Centre communication.Use systems including SAP, OTM, EFS and DEP to manage order and delivery activity.Support SLAs, KPIs and continuous improvement across customer service operations.Work with Sales, Demand Planning and Product teams to support service performance. What we're looking for Strong customer care experience, with good verbal and written communication skills.Supply chain experience or understanding.Strong SAP knowledge or good use of ERP systems.Good numerical skills and attention to detail.Confident communication skills and intermediate Excel capability.A customer-focused, collaborative approach. About the role You'll be part of a collaborative environment where customer focus, teamwork and continuous improvement matter. Deliver excellent day to day customer service across major national account portfolios. Work closely with different teams to ensure orders are planned, coordinating league times and stock availability. Keeping orders moving, resolving any issues.
