Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator - Building Services will involve:
Estimator position dealing with a range of mechanical, electrical and air-conditioning systems/services for commercial, residential and industrial sectorsReview tender enquiries to determine scope of works and project deadlinesWorking on projects where each product/system is unique and therefore requires a bespoke approachTaking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlinesKeep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal databaseContact customers dealing with queries and providing additional technical informationEstablish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliersManaging projects up-to a value of £150k+ The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Building Services with:
