Academics Ltd are currently working with a secondary school in Crewe who are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join their team from October 2026.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have experience working across KS3 and KS4.
The Role
Supporting students with additional learning needsProviding one-to-one and small-group supportHelping pupils access the curriculum and develop their confidenceSupporting positive behaviour and engagementWorking closely with teaching staff and the wider school team About You
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, with children or young people with SENExperience within a secondary school environment is desirableExperience working with KS3 and KS4 pupils is advantageousA patient, supportive and proactive approachAbility to build positive relationships with studentsCommitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing Why Join Academics?
