The company:
A leading Build to Rent company is seeking a Community Host for a residential (Build to Rent) development in Woking.
The role:
The Resident Host liaises with residents and consistently delivers excellent customer service. They also carry out front-of-house duties, serving as the first point of contact for residents and supporting building maintenance and tenancy administration. The working hours are 40 hours per week over 5 days (including some weekends).
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service to residentsAct as first point of contact for residents, respond positive to customer queries and complaintsLog communication with residentsSupport the organisation and execution of events, creating a communityCarry out administrative support including logging maintenance requests and updating databasesCarry out leasing activities such as viewings and follow upsSupport with marketingFollow health & safety proceduresChase outstanding rent arrearsRaise purchase orders About you:
