This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established claimant litigation practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a lawyer into its specialist Clinical Negligence team and is open to considering candidates from a claimant personal injury background who are keen to retrain into this highly sought-after area of law.
Your new role
You will join a dedicated Clinical Negligence team handling a varied caseload of medical negligence claims. The firm is particularly interested in lawyers with personal injury litigation experience who are looking to make a long-term move into clinical negligence.
Working closely with experienced specialists, you will receive structured support and mentoring as you develop expertise across a broad range of matters, including:
Delayed or missed diagnosesSurgical and treatment errorsBirth and maternity-related claimsGP negligence claimsFatal accident and dependency claimsComplex, high-value injury matters The role offers the opportunity to manage your own caseload while also assisting on more complex and higher-value claims as your experience develops.
What you'll need to succeed

NQ Solicitors, Solicitors or Chartered Legal ExecutivesCandidates with claimant personal injury litigation experienceLawyers with strong case management and negotiation skillsIndividuals with experience handling litigated claimsCandidates looking to retrain into claimant clinical negligence workLawyers with a genuine interest in medical negligence and client carePrevious clinical negligence experience is advantageous but not essential for candidates with a solid personal injury litigation background.
