Michael Page are excited to partner with a leading, successful manufacturing organisation based in North Nottinghamshire to appoint for a HR Advisor to join a busy team.
This role can offer a hybrid working model of circa 3 days onsite and 2 home per week. As this is a national organisation, occasional travel to other sites will be required to meet business needs.
Description
Working as part of a small, busy HR team, reporting to a Head of HR, the role of HR Advisor will provide generalist support to a wide variety of stakeholders.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Provide advice and guidance on a wide variety of employee relations caseworkCoach and advice managers and leaders how to deal with people mattersSupport with recruitment and on-boardingSupport with organisational change projectsWork with the Head of HR on HR projects and initiativesCoordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys and action planningReview HR data and trends to support with strategic decision making Profile
Ideal applicants for this role will have a proven background in a similar HR Advisor role.
Job Offer
Up to £45000pa
Hybrid working - Circa 3 days per week onsite
