Part-Time (Approx. 0.6 FTE)Start Date: Immediate start preferableSalary Range: £38,539 to £56,788 Full-time equivalent (inclusive of London Weighting), dependent upon experience, pro rata for part-time hoursLocation: Kent We are seeking an exceptional Teacher of Health & Social Care to join our dedicated team at the college. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding education to students aged 16-19.
Day-to-day of the role:
Deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment practices across A Level and vocational courses.Stretch and challenge students to reach their full potential, ensuring they feel confident and prepared for their future careers.Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methodologies.Participate in the development and planning of curricula and courses that cater to a diverse student body. Required Skills & Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Health & Social Care.Experience in teaching Health & Social Care at the sixth form level is highly desirable.Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.Strong organisational and communication skills.Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
