A leading payroll organisation are currently looking to hire a Payroll Bureau Trainer to join them on a permanent basis.
This is a super niche role and a newly created role for the business.
As the Payroll Bureau Trainer, you will be responsible for the following:
Deliver inductions for new Payroll Bureau AdministratorsIdentify ongoing training needs with new hires and existing members of the payroll bureau teamWork with individuals for personal developmentDesign and create payroll manuals and training guidesWork with managers to monitor performance
This role would suit current Payroll Managers who are looking for a change in a different direction! Those who enjoy developing and nurturing teams and team members.
