Customer Support Officer
Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Support Officer in Taunton to join a not for profit private health-care provider, who is the Which? 'Recommended Provider' for private medical insurance.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have previous telephone-based experience.
Benefits and Package for a Customer Support Officer:
Salary: £27,810 per annum, rising to £28,840 following the probationary period. With the opportunity to progress to over £34,000.Hours: 37 hours per week, office hours are between Monday - Fridays, 8am - 7pm and Saturdays 9am - 12pmContract Type: PermanentLocation: Taunton Benefits:

Being the first point of contact for all customer enquiriesAnswering high-volume inbound callsSupporting the customers in their times of need including registering a claim and helping customers find the right medical professionalDelivering the highest level of customer service Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Support Officer:
