Red Recruitment is recruiting Sales Representatives to join our client a leading travel insurance company rated #1 for customer care, based in Romford. You will be required to handle inbound calls and assist customers with their queries.
Benefits and Package for a Sales Representative:
Salary: £25,500 per annum, average OTE £35,000 - £40,000Hours: 35 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day Hoursbetween:Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 8pm1 in 4 weekends (either a Saturday or Sunday) Contract Type: PermanentLocation: RomfordUncapped commissions paid monthlyFree parking in the surrounding areas & transport linksAdditional leave & sick payCompany events & employee discountsCompany pensionCycle to work schemeLife insuranceReferral programmeProgression opportunities throughout the business, across all sites and departments The training period will span over 6 months where you will earn £250 training bonus per month. After the training period has completed, the normal commission structure will commence.
During the first 4 weeks of training, you will be required to be in the office Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
