Finance & Operations Associate
£40,000 - £65,000 DOE | London
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a growing investment business as a Finance & Operations Associate.
Working closely with the leadership team, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the business across finance, operations, marketing and events. This is a varied position where no two days are the same, offering exposure to everything from funding rounds and fund launches through to investor events, social media and business administration.
The Role Supporting finance administration, bookkeeping and reconciliationsAssisting with payroll, VAT returns and tax administrationLiaising with external accountants and advisersCoordinating events including investor dinners, networking events, golf days and other client engagement activitiesManaging social media activity and marketing administrationProviding operational and administrative support across the businessSupporting senior stakeholders with a range of business-critical projects About You Previous experience in a finance, operations or business support roleStrong administrative and organisational skillsComfortable supporting payroll, VAT returns and finance processesHighly organised with excellent attention to detailAble to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProactive, adaptable and happy to get involved across all areas of the businessStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
