Commercial Pump Specialist - Mobile Engineer Mobile across London | Full-time | Company van + overtime opportunities Commercial Pump Specialist: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Pump Specialist / Pump Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial and industrial sites throughout London. The Commercial Pump Specialist will be a strong, technically capable engineer who can work independently, diagnose pump and system faults efficiently, and deliver a high standard of service across a range of commercial pumping systems. Service, maintain and repair commercial pumping systemsCarry out planned and reactive pump maintenanceDiagnose mechanical and electrical faultsWork on pumps, motors, seals, bearings, couplings and VFD systemsCarry out pump rebuilds, seal replacements and motor alignmentsPerform system testing, fault finding and performance checksSupport commissioning and system start-upsComplete job reports and service documentation accuratelyLiaise professionally with clients and site teamsEnsure all works are completed safely and to a high standard The Commercial Pump Specialist will need:
Strong experience servicing commercial or industrial pumping systemsGood knowledge of pump systems, pump curves and system performanceExperience with booster, inline, multistage, sump or similar commercial pumpsStrong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skillsExperience working with VFD-controlled pumping systemsGood knowledge of seals, bearings, motors and hydronic systemsAbility to work independently across multiple sitesProfessional and customer-focused approachFull UK Driving Licence Desirable
Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalentExperience with BMS systemsKnowledge of commercial HVAC systemsManufacturer pump training or certification The Commercial Pump Specialist salary is £45-65k depending on experience plus van, training, overtime and benefits
