Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer
Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer. A London based facilities management firm need a Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber to join the team and carry out plumbing, heating and mechanical works across domestic and commercial properties in London. The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber role will involve installations, repairs, maintenance, fault finding, testing and commissioning, ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer responsibilities include:
Install, repair and maintain domestic and commercial plumbing and mechanical systemsCarry out fault finding and diagnose system issuesComplete 1 and 2 fix plumbing worksCarry out testing and commissioning Complete accurate job records and reportsWork in accordance with Health and Safety procedures and risk assessmentsLiaise professionally with clients and colleaguesParticipate in the out of hours call out rota when required
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber will need:
Proven domestic and commercial experienceNVQ level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalentGas Safe Registered - Domestic and CommercialStrong fault finding and problem solvingFull UK Driving Licence
The Gas Engineer / Plumbing Engineer / Plumber salary is £50-65k + company vehicle + pension etc
You will need to do a DBS check for this position.
