ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER – GAIA We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at GAIA in London . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service at all times. Lead and motivate the front-of-house team, maintaining exceptional service standards throughout each shift. Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting the team and ensuring guests receive an outstanding dining experience. Ensure all service, presentation, and grooming standards are maintained in line with the GAIA brand. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, and the ongoing development of team members. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction. Monitor restaurant presentation, cleanliness, and operational standards to maintain a luxury dining environment. Support rota planning, staffing levels, and labour cost control in line with business requirements. Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and senior management to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
