Ihre Aufgabengebiete: Sie unterstützen das Team bei folgenden administrativen Aufgaben:<br><ul><li><strong>Datenpflege und Transaktionsverarbeitung:</strong> Eingabe und Aktualisierung von Kundenstammdaten sowie Kontrolle und Korrektur von Wertpapierumsätzen in unserem Portfoliomanagement- und Reportingsystem.</li><li><strong>Neukundenanlage:</strong> Formale Erfassung und Anlage neuer Kunden im System.</li><li><strong>Reporting-Vorbereitung:</strong> Zusammenstellung der benötigten Daten und Vorarbeiten für die Erstellung der regelmäßigen Kundenreports.</li><li><strong>Handelsabwicklung:</strong> Unterstützung bei der Überwachung der technischen Abwicklung von Handelsgeschäften bei Kooperationspartnern.</li><li><strong>Prozessunterstützung:</strong> Mithilfe bei der Dokumentation und dem Testen von Anpassungen in bestehenden Prozessen und Systemen.</li></ul><br><br> Was wir von Ihnen erwarten: <ul><li>Sie studieren aktuell eine wirtschaftswissenschaftliche Fachrichtung (z. B. BWL, Finance, VWL) oder haben eine Ausbildung im Bankwesen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.</li><li>Sie haben Freude an strukturierten, auch wiederkehrenden Aufgaben und arbeiten sehr sorgfältig.</li><li>Der Umgang mit Datenbanken und MS-Office-Produkten (insbesondere Excel) ist Ihnen vertraut.</li><li>Sie verfügen über eine hohe Konzentrationsfähigkeit.</li><li>Gute
