Brief overview
We're looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources for our Singapore and Malaysia operations. This role partners closely with business leaders to drive HR operations, payroll, employee experience, talent initiatives and compliance while ensuring a positive and high-performing workplace.

What You'll Be Doing
HR Business Partnering
Partner with business leaders on people strategies and workforce planningProvide guidance on employee relations, performance management and HR policiesSupport the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions and offboardingPayroll & Rewards
Oversee end-to-end payroll for Singapore and Malaysia through outsourced payroll vendorsEnsure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance and timely processingManage employee benefits, tax reporting, leave administration and insuranceSupport annual salary reviews, bonuses and promotion exercisesTalent & Employee Development
Drive performance management and talent development initiativesSupport succession planning and learning programmesPartner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planningEmployee Engagement
Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiativesHandle employee relations matters including investigations, grievances and disciplinary casesPartner with stakeholders to continuously improve the employee experienceHR Operations & Compliance
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR policies across Singapore and MalaysiaMaintain HRIS, employee records and HR reportingSupport HR process improvements, audits and digitalisation initiativesOversee office administration, workplace services and vendor management Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related disciplineAt least 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to:HR OperationsSingapore & Malaysia PayrollEmployment legislation and complianceEmployee RelationsHands-on experience managing outsourced payroll vendorsGood understanding of Singapore and Malaysia employment laws, statutory requirements and payroll regulationsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsHighly organised, analytical and detail-orientedComfortable working in a regional and matrix organisationWhy Join Us
