About this role
To undertake recruitment activities for the Sales Team from job advertising to interviewing candidates, placement,To monitor and update seller's database; andTo provide quality and efficient customer service to internal and external clients. To handle end-to-end training process from needs analysis, design and development, implementation, and evaluation of effectiveness for accredited sales partners; and Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.At least 6 months - 1 year of working experience handling Sales Recruitment and Training from a real estate company.Preferably knowledgeable or with experience in SAP.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Team player and can do multi tasking.Detail and customer oriented.Willing to be assigned in Makati area.
