To prepare the architectural drawings involved from Pre-Design Stage up to Construction Stage.To prepare presentation drawings such as rendered plans, perspectives, and animations.To prepare technical requirements like area tabulation and inventory checklist, sales map and batching maps. Must be a Licensed ArchitectExperience in subdivision planning or real estate developmentKnowledgeable in AutoCad, Photoshop, PrimaveraGood communication skills both verbal and writtenWilling to be assigned in Makati city
