Job Description We are currently recruiting for a **Catering Assistant** to join our dynamic team in **Galway, Ireland**. Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with established recipes and standards Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, including guests, staff, and visitors Maintain impeccable standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness throughout all kitchen operations Support the efficient day-to-day running of catering operations across assigned areas Perform general kitchen duties, including washing, cleaning, and organizing equipment and workstations Assist with stock replenishment, inventory management, and ordering supplies as needed Follow all health and safety procedures and food safety regulations with precision Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery Adapt flexibly to changing priorities and staffing requirements Contribute innovative ideas to enhance food service quality and customer satisfaction Qualifications **About You** Previous catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) or equivalent knowledge is preferred Flexible and adaptable approach to work with a willingness to learn Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail Positive, customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence Physical stamina and ability to work on your feet for extended periods Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanor Basic food preparation and cooking skills **Important Requirements** Successful candidates will be required to complete a **DBS check** prior to commencing employment Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene Additional Information About Aramark  Aramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
