Purpose You drive the implementation of sustainability initiatives within our operations, ensuring adherence to environmental regulations and promoting best practices in sustainability. Your role is crucial in advancing our commitment to environmental stewardship and enhancing the sustainability of our operations. Responsibilities You implement and manage sustainability programs, ensuring they align with company goals and regulatory requirements. You conduct regular assessments of environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and recommending practical solutions. You monitor compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards, preparing reports and documentation as needed. You support the development and execution of sustainability training programs for employees, fostering awareness and engagement in sustainability practices. You collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into operational processes and project planning. You track and analyze sustainability metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance and achieve sustainability targets. You manage relationships with regulatory agencies, community stakeholders, and other external partners to address sustainability issues and maintain transparency. You stay informed about industry trends and emerging regulations, ensuring that our sustainability practices remain current and effective. You assist in the preparation of sustainability reports and communications, highlighting achievements and progress to internal and external stakeholders. Education Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. Experience Experience in sustainability or environmental roles, ideally within the oil and gas industry.
