Job Overview Manages human resources programs and initiatives and provides strategic support for a client group. Job Requirements Providing tactical human resources support and counseling for designated business units on various human resource issues and problems. Analyzing trends and metrics and providing inputs for the initiatives and policies. Monitoring the execution of organizational human resources policies and guidelines in a specific business unit. Supervising daily operations of designated business units to ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and policies from a human resources perspective. What your background should look like Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 8 years of experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
