A TechOps Engineer is responsible for the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of production systems supporting a digital streaming platform. Manage production operations, service reliability, availability, SLAs/KPIs, and customer-impacting issues. Operate and troubleshoot AWS cloud services, Terraform infrastructure, and GitHub-based deployments. Monitor and improve observability using Coralogix, New Relic, Grafana, and AWS monitoring tools. Lead incident, problem, and change management, including RCA, escalations, and post-incident actions. Develop Python/script-based automation and leverage AI/LLMs for operational efficiency and incident analysis. Drive continuous service improvement through monitoring, automation, runbooks, resilience, and stakeholder management.
