We're looking for an experienced Senior SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager to join our Global Financial Reporting team. You will own technical accounting positions on complex, non-routine transactions and help build our SEC-style external reporting, working closely with teams across our global operations. Serve as the subject matter expert on complex transactions, including M&A and business combinations (ASC 805), financing transactions, revenue recognition (ASC 606), impairment, financial instruments and foreign currency matters. Prepare and review SEC-style financial statements, footnotes and disclosures, and help build the processes behind them to public company standards. Research, document and conclude on technical accounting matters under US GAAP, drafting clear position memos and related journal entries. Develop and maintain accounting policies so they are applied consistently across our global entities and stay aligned with new standards and SEC guidance. Partner with global accounting teams, FP&A, Legal and HR to evaluate the accounting impact of deals, financings, commercial arrangements and new initiatives. Work closely with external auditors to align on accounting conclusions, support audit reviews and resolve technical issues. Own issues end to end: solve them independently and bring clear recommendations rather than escalating. Support internal control design and SOX readiness for technical accounting and reporting processes.
