ROLE PURPOSE Responsible for the finance operations such as AP, AR, GL, reporting and other activities related to the finance operation in finance department. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Accounts Receivable process – customer set up and back up for receipts and AR follow up Billing function – coordinate with other departments to raise invoice to customer Administer test cash To support General Ledger and Month end close activities for Malaysia and Philippines Monthly and quarterly reporting Monthly balance sheet reconciliations Prepare tax reports (SST/Corporate Tax) and submissions in accordance with Malaysian Tax regulations Prepare tax reports (VAT/EWT/Corporate Tax) and submissions in accordance with Philippines Tax regulations Ensure compliance with internal control systems and statutory financial regulations Assist with audit and preparation of the local statutory accounts for Malaysia and Philippines Prepare information for and liaise with the auditors to ensure any issues are fully resolved in a timely manner Support Senior Accountant/Finance Manager with projects and tasks when required.
