About this role
The Group is seeking an energetic, commercially minded FP&A Manager to help build a best-in-class, forward-looking FP&A function. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen the financial insight, planning discipline, systems and capabilities required for a high-growth international organisation to navigate transition and thrive beyond it. You’ll own and continually improve our Group budgeting, rolling outlook and long-term planning processes, while delivering high-quality reporting for ExCo, the Board and investors. You’ll also strengthen scenario modelling across the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, helping senior stakeholders make better-informed decisions. A major part of the role will be looking at how we can do things differently. You’ll identify opportunities to use AI , automation and smarter processes to create measurable improvements in efficiency and analytical capacity, while continuing to develop Pigment as our Group planning platform.
