About this role
Successful applicant needs to be aware of the issues facing young people and demonstrate how they can support them to build their confidence, self-esteem and emotional resilience. Working to the a clear framework around pastoral support, applicants will offer academic, practical and emotional support and helping them to develop life skills to make positive changes in their lives to succeed. 1. To provide a helpful, professional and flexible service to internal or external customers of the department or the College. 2.
