We are seeking a highly proactive, organized, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant / Strategic Operations Coordinator to support leadership across two growing businesses: - a micro private equity firm specializing in small business acquisitions across the United States, and - a leading organization in the pet care industry currently focused on operational growth and modernization.
This role goes well beyond a traditional task-based virtual assistant position. We are looking for someone who can become a true extension of the executive — capable of managing workflows, improving systems, leveraging AI tools effectively, anticipating challenges, and driving operational efficiency across both organizations.
The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable thriving in fast-moving entrepreneurial environments.
