Intern ‐ Recruitment (BASED AT HANWELLA) The Bodywear Value Stream of MAS Holdings delivers end-to-end design, innovation and manufacturing solutions across lingerie, swimwear and next-to-skin categories. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with the recruitment and promotion processes for Team Member and Staff-level employees. • Conduct interviews. • Assist with documentation and creation of personal files for new recruits. • Conduct employee inductions for new hires. • Support other HR and ER (Employee Relations) - related activities as required
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team
